How do I book a tour with ITB Tour?
You can book directly through our website by selecting your desired tour package and completing the booking form, or contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone. Our team will assist you with the reservation process.
Do I need to pay a deposit to confirm my booking?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total tour price is required to confirm your reservation. Your space is not reserved until you receive written confirmation from us.
When is the balance payment due?
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before tour departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately.
Can I book for a group?
Absolutely! We offer special rates for groups of 6 or more. Contact us directly for a custom quote.
Can I customize my itinerary?
Absolutely! We offer custom itineraries tailored to your preferences. Contact us with your desired destinations, duration, and activities, and we'll create a personalized tour just for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Bank transfer (IDR), Credit card (via secure payment gateway), and Cash (in-person only). All bank charges are the customer's responsibility.
Are your prices negotiable for groups?
Yes! We offer special rates for groups of 6 or more. Contact us directly for a custom quote.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We offer early bird discounts for bookings made 60+ days in advance, group discounts for 6+ travelers, and seasonal promotions. Sign up for our newsletter to receive updates.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations submitted in writing:
• More than 30 days before departure: 50% refund of total package price
• 30 days or less before departure: Non-refundable
• After tour commencement: No refund for unused services
Can I change my booking after confirmation?
Yes, amendment requests are subject to availability and may incur fees. Transfer to another package within 30 days of departure is treated as a cancellation.
What happens if ITB Tour cancels my tour?
We reserve the right to cancel a tour if minimum participation is not met. A full refund will be provided, but we are not liable for any additional costs you may incur (e.g., flights, hotels).
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, travel insurance is mandatory. We strongly recommend comprehensive coverage for: Medical expenses and emergency evacuation, Trip cancellation and interruption, Lost baggage and personal effects, and Search and rescue (for adventure tours).
Do I need a visa for Indonesia?
Visa requirements vary by nationality. Most nationalities (including US, UK, AU, EU) can obtain a Visa on Arrival (VoA) for 30 days, extendable once. Check with Indonesian immigration (evisa.imigrasi.go.id) before travel.
What documents do I need to bring?
Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), Visa (if applicable), Travel insurance certificate, Booking confirmation (printed or digital), and any required medical certificates.
What should I pack?
Light clothing, swimsuit, sunscreen, insect repellent, hat, comfortable walking shoes, a reusable water bottle, and cash for small purchases. For Komodo, bring hiking shoes and seasickness tablets.
Is it safe to see Komodo dragons?
Yes, with a certified ranger. You will receive a safety briefing before trekking. Rangers carry sticks for protection. Keep a safe distance, stay with your group, and follow all instructions.
What happens if there is bad weather?
Safety is our priority. Itineraries may change due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements. We will communicate changes as soon as possible and arrange alternatives of similar standard.
Are your tours suitable for children?
Many of our tours are family-friendly. Please check individual tour descriptions for age recommendations or contact us for advice. Children under 5 may not be permitted on certain adventure activities.
